Shipping and Delivery

Singapore:

We deliver Islandwide and free for orders above SGD $80.

For orders below SGD $80, the delivery cost will be at SGD $8 flat rate.

Your shipping cost will be automatically calculated on the checkout before you proceed with your payment.

You will receive your order in 5-7 working days.

For furniture and bulky items, you will be requested to sign the delivery form. Please check your items before accepting and ensure they are in good condition (no visible damages, tears or breakages).

Rest of the globe:

We ship to most countries worldwide.

The majority of items are shipped with different partners. We strongly recommend DHL for international shipments. Please contact us before you purchase so we can calculate the shipping cost for you.

Generally, delivery time is approximately 9-12 business days. Please allow 20-25 business days for artwork orders.

* Please note these delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, they will depend on the destination country.

We highly recommend customers provide a business address for shipping and a contact number to be reflected on the parcel for carriers. For International shipments please provide the VAT number and Customer's ID photo.

*In-stock furniture and other bulky items orders: Our customer service team will contact you to schedule your delivery.

*Pre-Orders: For Pre-order items please allow 6-8 weeks. You will be notified by our customer service team 4-5 days prior to your delivery.

*Please ensure that you have taken the measurements correctly before purchasing the items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

*Please get in touch with us within 24 hours if your order requires any changes. Unfortunately, changes after this time may not be possible.
