Returns and Exchanges
Please note that no items from Irregular Lines are eligible for after-sales servicing/repairs. We would be happy to guide you on the aftercare if you may have any questions regarding it.
Please allow us 24-48 hours to get back to you on any queries that you have regarding returns and exchanges.
To report a defective item, here’s what you can do:
- A photograph of the whole item (the whole item should be visible in the photograph).
- A close-up photograph of the defective area.
Please note that Irregular Lines reserves the right to dispute the claim on the basis of a refund
In the event of the return of goods due to manufacturing defects:
Requests for returns of goods must be submitted within 7 days from the receipt of delivered items. Please note that any reported defects will be subject to review, and Irregular Lines reserves the right to refuse any claims and services provided for items perceived to be defective.
In the event that an item is deemed to be defective by our team: Irregular Lines reserves the right to invesitigate if the item may be returned, or exchanged for an identical and/or similar item.
There may be slight variations in colour, size and texture from the actual image and furniture sizes based on photos.
To ensure timely delivery of all items, we would not be able to fulfil order requests with specific time windows. However, we would try to accommodate if possible.
Any requests for a Return or Exchange of normal goods(non-defective)
If you have changed your mind: We do provide refunds or exchanges of products within 7 days and at their original packaging.
Please get in touch with us within one week upon receiving the item and provide photos of the defects. We will gladly replace the damaged item, with a new product as per the original order.
If there is no stock available, we will issue a credit voucher which you can use in your next purchase, or we will provide a full refund.
To receive a refund, please share your full particulars with us.
We understand that sometimes you can change your mind. We can refund or exchange the item for something else. However, the item needs to return in its original condition to IRREGULAR LINES either
a) at your own cost with your own preferred courier company or
b) using IRREGULAR LINES courier company at the cost of $30
For furniture and bulky items, you will be requested to sign the delivery form. Please check your items before accepting and ensure they are in good condition (no visible damages, tears or breakage.
In the event, an item is exchanged for another of:
Lower value – the difference in sales amount will be refunded to the customer via a voucher
Higher value – the difference in sales amount can be paid via a payment method as decided by Irregular Lines
