Pre-Order Quality Guarantee and Refund Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the guarantee of product quality for pre-ordered items and the associated refund process. By placing a pre-order, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms.
1. The Pre-Order Quality Guarantee
We are committed to delivering products that meet or exceed the specifications and quality standards advertised at the time the pre-order was placed. We guarantee that the final product received by the Customer will be free from material defects in workmanship and materials ("Quality Guarantee").
2. Scope of the Quality Guarantee
The Quality Guarantee is breached if, upon delivery, the product is deemed by the Customer to be:
Substantially Different from Description: The product received materially deviates from the final specifications, images, and descriptions published on the product page at the time of pre-order.
Non-Functioning or Defective: The product is demonstrably defective, broken, or fails to perform its intended function upon first use.
Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover minor aesthetic imperfections, differences in color or packaging that do not affect the product's functionality or core purpose, or damage caused by improper use, accident, or negligence by the Customer.
3. 100% Money-Back Guarantee (Remedy for Breach)
If the product received is found to be in breach of the Quality Guarantee as defined in Section 2, the Customer is entitled to a 100% full refund of the purchase price, including any pre-order deposit and original shipping costs.
4. Claim and Refund Procedure
To be eligible for the full refund under this guarantee, the Customer must adhere to the following steps:
Notification Period: The Customer must notify us of the defect or quality breach within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product.
Required Evidence: The notification must include a clear, detailed explanation of the breach and supporting evidence, such as photographs or video documentation clearly illustrating the defect.
Return Authorization: Upon review and preliminary acceptance of the claim, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions for the product return.
Product Return: The Customer must securely package and return the product to us within fourteen (14) days of receiving the RMA. We will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping for products confirmed to be defective.
Final Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying the reported breach of the Quality Guarantee, the full refund will be processed immediately. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment within [7-10] business days.
5. Legal Compliance and Statutory Rights
This policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws and regulations. The terms stated herein do not affect, waive, or limit any statutory consumer rights that the Customer may be entitled to under local, state, or national law.
